Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following posts under  

Kerala State Science & Technology Museum 

1) Electronic Mechanic (Rs.8960-14260)………................................... Vacancy-1

Qualification:- (1) Diploma in Electronics or ITI Electronics Trade Certificate issued  

 by NCVT Govt.of India with practical experience for not less than  

 three years.

2) Theatre Assistant (Rs.8500-13210)…..............................…………… Vacancy-1

Qualification:- (1) SSLC or equivalent.

3) Peon (Rs.8500-13210) ….................................................................... Vacancy-1

Qualification:- (1) 8th Standard. Candidates with higher qualifications will not be 

 considered. 

4)Lower Division Clerk (Rs.9190-15780) ….......................................... Vacancy-1 

 (likely to be two)

Qualification:-(1) B.com or B.Sc (Maths), (2) KGTE Typewriting English(Higher)  (3) Two years experience in clerical job/office accounts in Govt/ Quasi   Govt.Firms or institutions

5) Ticket Counter Assistant (Rs.8960-14260) …................................... Vacancy-1

Qualification:- (1) Pre-degree or equivalent or SSLC with KGTE Typewriting   English (Higher)

 (2) One year experience in cash counter of Govt./Quasi Govt.firms /  Co-operative Banks / Co-operative Societies. 

Note:Communal Reservations will be as per the Public Service Commission  Reservation Rotation Chart. Age: All post: 36 years as on 01.01.2014 with  usual relaxations.

Candidates possessing qualification other than as prescribed above need not apply and such ineligible applications will be rejected. Envelope containing the application should be super scribed the post applied for. Separate application should be submitted for each post. Filled up application with attested copies of relevant certificates must reach the Director, Kerala State Science and Technology Museum, Vikas Bhavan P.O, Trivandrum-33 on or before 15/07/2014, 5 PM. Candidates called for test or Interview will have to appear at their own cost. The application forms can be downloaded from the website - www.kstmuseum.com. A registration fee of Rs. 300/- need to paid to the account of Director, KSSTM at A/c No – 57036990549, SBT Statue Main Branch (IFSC Code – SBTR0000028) and the copy of the pay in slip need to be enclosed alongwith the application. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying application fee. Those who have already given application vide notification dt 24-02-2014 need not apply again.
