Qualification
|
Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Those with Post Graduate in Management (Full Time) from reputed institution or those with proven international exposure will have an added advantage.

Experience
|
Minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position in cement industry. Those with experience in Public Sector will have an added advantage.

Age
|
Not to exceed 65 years. (Retired hands with the above experience are alos eligible to apply)

Duration
|
Duration expected for the intended work contract is 3 years. However the continuation of the work contract for 2nd and subsequent years will be based on annual evaluation of performance by the Managing Director.

Compensation
|
All inclusive monthly consolidated amount equivalent to starting pay of General Manager of Malabar Cements Limited, which is at present works out to Rs.93,500/-.(Basic +DA+ Interim Allowance +HRA). 5% increment will be given on the consolidated pay in the event of extension. Conveyance from resident to work stations and back will be provided.

The consultant will report to the Managing Director and render all technical and engineering support for the cement Grinding Unit at Cherthala, the proposed Cement Logistic Hub at Cochin Port Trustand also provide necessary advise to Managing Director, General Manager( Works), Head of HR and Finance.

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Qualification: M.Sc Physics/ Applied Physics/ Materials Science, M.Tech. (Engineering
Physics/ Materials Science) with minimum of 60% Marks. NET/GATE qualified candidate will
be preferred for the post of JRF.
Period of Project: Three (03) Years. Fellowship: As per DAE norms (Rs. 25,000 for first two years and Rs. 28,000 for the
subsequent year).
The candidate would be encouraged to work for his/her Ph.D.
